Fitness training is more than just trying to lose a few pounds. It is about creating a lifestyle of healthy living by incorporating physical training to bring about positive changes both on the inside and the outside. Proper physical training often brings success in many other aspects of life.

Endurance and multi-sport training includes dietary assessment, fitness assessment, mechanics analysis, personalized training program, unlimited email support until race-day and a weekly one-on-one monitoring and assessment session.

Personalized Wellness Package, 12-week program: $595

  • Wellness assessment
  • One 45-minute coaching session per week
  • Unlimited email support
  • Wrap up session at the end of 12-weeks
